8 months

Benjamin turned 8 months yesterday so we filmed his new accomplishment! With his army crawling, teething (he's working on his 6th tooth right now) and standing (well sort of standing...we stood him up, he doesn't pull himself up on furniture yet), he is keeping us busy!

New Diaper Cover

Well I finally got around to sewing Bens new lana wool diaper cover and it turned out awesome so I had to post a picture! On his legs he's got some leggings I made him from old tights of mine as he was getting serious rug burn on his knees from army crawling everywhere. What a stylin little man :)

As you can see from the 1st video, it's time to child proof our house! As for the 2nd....well that's a face Benjamin has been doing for a while to make us laugh - and it works!!

Lake Tahoe & Oakland

August was a busy month! There are 2 more posts below with pictures of Benjamin's activities. We finished off August with a week trip to Oakland, California and Lake Tahoe with Nana & Poopah!

This is one of Benjamin's favorite activities to do with Grandma! The two of them probably spent an hour in the pool every day.

August

August started off with a visit from Grandma....and like usual we were very very busy! Benjamin went and got his first official hair cut (which he did not like at all!)

He was much happier when he was back at home, although he had more gel in his hair than I ever put in mine!
He has finally learned to sit still for story time and not try to eat the books
And he's starting to learn to crawl! He's focused on the orange block in front of him.
Here are more of his blocks that he just loves to play with!
And of course there is always play time with Maully :)
